The Official Scottish Elvis Presley Festival is a celebration of the life and legacy of the king of rock and roll. At its core, it features a selection of themed shows from multiple award-winning Elvis Tribute Artists (ETAs). They will perform their interpretations of Elvis’s performances at various stages of his career.

Elvis fans will have the chance to experience what it might have been like to see Elvis live on stage as well as interact with fellow fans and the ETAs at the after-show parties in a relaxed, friendly and intimate environment.

Registration opens at 6pm on Friday 16th. Here you will receive your wristband and glass of champagne. Doors for the show open at 7pm.

Friday will feature a 20 minute talk from legendary Elvis tour promoter Charles Stone who looked after Elvis from 1970 to 1977. Then there will be a selection of shows themed around Elvis between 1956 – 1969. This includes Paul Molloy with his Rock n Roll themed show.

Juan Lozano and Mario Kombou will be performing songs from the movies and Rick Aron will dazzle with his interpretation of the 1968 comeback special. Closing Friday nights show will be Memphis Ultimate Elvis Finals runner up Mark Anthony performing Las Vegas 1969.

After the show, there will be an open mic after party until 1am. It is at this time non residents will have to vacate the hotel.

Please bear in mind that he bar will only be open until 1am. Our after party must adhere to Scottish licencing laws.


At 11am, an Elvis movie (TBC) will be showing in the main hall, cinema style.

After lunch at 1pm, the ‘E’ factor contest will commence. This is a one song amateur light hearted contest with backing tracks where a limited number of festival goers can have a go at showing the professionals how its done. The winner is invited to sing one song with the live band that evening. Next up! All the way from Sweden. World renowned Johnny Cash Tribute Fredrik Lundman will perform all the classics such as Folsom Prison Blues, Walk the Line, Ring of Fire and many more.

Timings will be posted outside the main room that you can snap on your phone for your records.

Dinner (included with your wristband) is served at 5.30pm then we kick off our Saturday night with another 20 minute talk from Mr Charles Stone. Then the Saturday night show will comprize of Gary Gibson, Matt King, Oliver Steinhoff, Paul Larcombe and Johnny Lee Memphis who will attempt to recreate the dynamic concert years.

The Saturday night open mic after party will commence immediately after the show until 1am everyone is encouraged to socialise with your favourite ETAs. Same rules apply as Friday night.


Having had a late night on Saturday proceedings will commence slightly later on Sunday. 

On Sunday afternoon at 1pm, we will be showing an Elvis video (TBC) then. At 2:30 Charles Stone will deliver his final 20 mintue talk at this years festival. Make sure you buy a copy of his book its a fascinating read about his time with Elvis. Who knows you may get a selfie and an autograph?

Next up we have the opportunity to enjoy the angelic and soulful sounds of world famous Gospel choir ‘Soul Nation’ as they perform the classics taking it to church. They will be joined on stage by all the ETA’s from the weekend to perform songs from Elvis’s favourite music to listen to….. Gospel.

After a short break the ‘request show’ is back in by popular demand this section is where all Elvis tributes will perform a selection of the songs you requested on your Friday night flyer. This is a relaxed fun loving show with lots of joking around on stage and interaction with the audience. Which as you all know Elvis loved to do. 

Sunday shows will finish at around 7pm.

Due to increased demand, The Scottish Elvis Festival has moved to a larger venue.

Your wristband still includes your dinner on Saturday at the Doubletree Hilton Hotel regardless of which hotel you choose for your accommodation.
